2003 Hyundai Elantra GLS Sedan in Laval, QC

I am selling my Hyundai Elantra for 2300 (has 211k kms on it) because I am moving out west. Its been excellent ride for me. Had few hick-ups when I first bought it back in 2011. They were related to tie rod and couple of other things (I have bills from Midas) and its been running smoothly ever-since i fixed.

Mos of oil changes have been with Midas and they recently detected the following:
1- Brake oil leak: Problem with proportioning valve under the master cylinder and it was causing brake oil leak. I FIXED IT and the problem is gone.

2- Tie rod: went to a different mechanic and he said there is no alarming issue that would cause you to replace and not to worry about it. If you really want to replace it my mechanic quoted approximately [removed phone] dollars

3-Oil Pan Gasket: very small drops of oil are leaked once the car oil cools and flows back to the pan. I personally had no problem with it and the mechanic said not to worry about it. just check it once every month and if at all the level is low, just top it off. If you want to replace it my mechanic quoted me about [removed phone] dollars.

Windows, locks and transmission are automatic. It has keyless entry, alarm and remote starter kit.

check engine light has been on from the time I bought it, had the technician reset it three times and everytime it gave a different error code and he was not able to pinpoint the problem. I had no problem driving it like that.

Tires:
The car comes with two tire sets both bought from Canadian tire and have warranty and accidental protection for five years ( you hit a sharp object and the tire is ruined, take to the canadian tire and they will give you brand new for free within the coverage period).
winter tires: goodyear nordic bought in nov 2011 and warranty expires in nov 2016
summer tires: motomaster bought in summer 2012 and warranty valid until summer 2017
Both sets have city mileage ( travelled to Ottawa once on summer tires).

Did travel to Toronto and Quebec city on used tires that I sold when I bought the summer tires.

If you are not interested in the tires and have your own set or you want to buy your own then I can knock off 600 dollars and sell you the car for 1700
